French recipe blanquette de veau

Preparation: 15 min Cooking: 2 hours

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

- 1 kg of calf(veal) - 1 cube of broth of chicken - 1 cube of broth of vegetable - 2 or 3 carrots - 1 big onion - 1 small box of mushrooms (coupés) - 1 small jar of crème fraiche - some juice of lemon - 1 egg yolk - dust with flour - 25 cl of white wine

Preparation:

Make the meat return in some butter until fragments are a little gilded(bronzed). Sprinkle with 2 spoons of flour. Indeed move. Add 2 or 3 glasses of water and move.

Add 2 cubes of broth. Add the wine and cover with water. Cut carrots in slices and onions, then add them, as well as mushrooms.

Let simmer(plot) on very soft fire(light) approximately 1:30 am at 2:00 am by moving. If need be, add some water of time(weather)

In a bowl, indeed mix the crème fraiche, the egg yolk and the juice of lemon. Add this mixture at the last moment, indeed move and serve at once.
